Orion Engineering is working with the Costa Rica Coral Restoration Association in their important efforts to restore the beautiful reefs located in the south Pacific area of Costa Rica.  This laborious effort involves growing various species of coral in environmentally controlled tanks, then transplanting the new growth back onto damaged areas of the coral reef.

Mostly Orion supports in fundraising efforts and in spreading awareness, however we are working with the association in setting up yearly volunteer working seminars.  These seminars will involve hands-on assistance in a task (yet to be determined) required by the Operation over three days every year.  This yearly event will be preceded by a fundraising event, covered by photos and video (posted to this site!), and followed by informative bulletins issued about our adventure!  Orion will be providing the accommodations and would be open to Orion staff, our partners/vendors, and our clients.  Space is limited, email Richard at rwilger@orionengineering.com to be added to the list and for more information as it develops.
